Rosa is an accountant by training, she graduated from the Instituto Tecnologico de La Paz. She has worked for Los Arcos Hotel in La Paz at their accounting Department. Prior to founding Paradise Management she worked for Baja Properties Los Barriles as a sales agent. She currently works for Coldwell Bankers in Los Barriles Areas as one of their sales agents. Rosa manages the Paradise office in Los Barriles, she handles accounting, immigration documents, fishing licenses, payments, among other tasks.
